Cultivated on our farm in Southern Wisconsin, WiscoHuit is the highest quality Huitlacoche you can find on the market. Our means and methods produce a product that has a 90% or better infection rate per cob.
We sell fresh on the cob product throughout August and September every year within our local market. We process shucked kernels into frozen 2# vacuum sealed bags for national export. We have various grades of kernels at different price points to meet your exact needs and applications. At present, we have the capacity and logistics to ship cost effectively nationwide, directly to your restaurant's service door.
